1. Apply a tablespoon amount of product to the breast and massage in a circular motion from bottom to top for 3 minutes per breast

2. Allow the breast to absorb the oil and not be wiped off at least 10 minutes after applying

3. Do not put bra on at least 10 minutes after using, loose shirt is okay.

4. Do this twice daily
